Jeff and I are homebrewers, zymurgyists, whatever you like to call it. We brew, and drink, our own beer. We have been doing this for nearly 10 years now, and have graduated from partial boils and glass bottles to full boils and fermenterators (a fridge dedicated to the fermentation of our beer).

Here is a list of what we have going on currently:

On tap at the WooHoo Central Bar & Grill:
IPA (Just need to clean the tap lines out and we're good to go)

Fermenting at the WooHoo Central Bar & Grill:
Oktoberfest Lager (should be ready for kegging this weekend)

A little bit about Dad. Dad likes to ride motorcycles, brew beer, play games on the PC, XBox and PS2, and work around the house. His grill is his favorite part of the new house.

A little more about Dad. He is a self-admitted nerd. His office is dominated by computers, Star Wars and Lord of the Rings (or LOTR in nerd-speak). Check the photo for some visual proof.

Another member of the family is Spices (AKA Spice). Spices has been with Denice since she went to UC Davis in 1991. She may look cute, but if you try to touch her, she'll take your finger off! Cute and onery... sound like anyone we know?

Tinkerbell (full name, Tinkerbell's Amber Mystic Mountain. Don't ask me, Amber started it and she's AKC, so some of those came from her parents) has been part of the family for a few years now. Born on January 3rd (fate?) she is small for a pug, but still a large pain in the... well, the kids love her.
